Advantages of Entrepreneurship Experience
Through entrepreneurship education and experience our Team Members learn organizational skills, including time management, leadership development and interpersonal skills, all of which are highly transferable skills sought by employers. Such programs have other positive outcomes such as:
improved performance, attendance; and independence
increased problem-solving and decision-making abilities
improved interpersonal relationships, teamwork, money management, and public speaking skills
enhanced social psychological development (self-esteem, ego development, self-efficacy), and
perceived improved health status.
The Team Abilities' Enterprise Program includes making, selling and distributing: Fudge, Caramel Apples, Bridal & Clothing Sachets, Cooking Spices and Jingle Bell Wreaths!
